Anti-inflammatory Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer
A healthy alternative to processed, sugary, coffee creamers
- 1/2 can organic pumpkin not pie filling
- 11.2 ounces Nutpods Creamer One container
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 Tablespoon organic 100% pure maple syrup optional
add all to a small bowl
transfer to a container and keep in the refigerator for up to five days
Use as much or as little as you like in your coffee and try stirring some of this anti-inflammatory pumpkin spice coffee creamer into cooked oatmeal for a delicious breakfast treat, too!
